Success is a team
effort. There's only one seat in a racecar and drivers know they would
never be successful without their pit crew and mechanic teams working together.
To be successful, individuals need to share a vision, agree on goals needed to achieve
that vision, and understand their role and responsibility in accomplishing that
goal. By working together we are all successful and everyone shares in
the celebration. Together we take the checkered flag!
The TrackTime Team Pit Crew Challenge is an action-oriented, hands on test
of teamwork for groups of 20-2000 participants. Pit Crew Challenge
participants perform NASCAR style pit stops,
changing tires on an authentic stock car. We provide the stock car(s),
pit box, professional air guns, knee pads, gloves, eye protection and
professional timing and sound systems, to give you and your team the best event
available on the market today! The TrackTime Pit Crew Challenge
gives you the closest experience to being on a real race team you will find
anywhere.

The TrackTime
Pit Crew Challenge Event
Participants are divided into teams consisting of 2-Tire
Carriers, 2- Tire Changers and a Crew Chief (optional). Tire Changers use air guns to
remove lugs from the front and rear tires of one of our authentic stock cars.
Tire Carriers pull and reposition the "new" tire, pushing it back onto the
studs. When the new tire is in place the Tire Changer fires up the air
gun tightening all five lug nuts. The last gun off the tire stops the
clock. The Crew Chief (optional) works with their team between pit
stops and implements changes to improve the teams pit stop times. Ultimately the
fastest time wins!
The Pit Crew
Challenge can be set up almost anywhere
For the Victory Lane Teambuilding Pit Crew Challenge you will need a classroom or
other area for the seminar training. The space needed to conduct the Pit Crew Challenge is approximately 20'
x 30' per race car. There can be up to 8 race cars per event.
The Pit Crew
Challenge can be set up at most any venue, indoors or out. We can travel to your
