Payment in full
is required upon enrollment. No refunds will
be issued. You must come to the track the day of your event. No refunds for no-shows.
Rescheduling your event
date (assuming availability), is subject to a $50 transfer fee.
Rain
checks will be issued at the track in cases of inclement weather. You
must come to the track the day of your event to receive a rain check
unless contacted by TrackTime before your event date. No shows
forfeit their
school and all monies paid for their event. Please come to the track
the day of your school as we always try to complete the days events
during breaks in inclement weather.
No fee’s are applied to date changes do to rain outs.
TrackTime
reserves the right to make schedule changes and or cancel dates.
TrackTime Racing Schools and American Motorsport Events, Inc, are not responsible for any expenses
incurred due to date changes or rain outs.
Specials, Sales, & Discount Policies:
If you purchase any school or ride along prior to a start date of a sale,
discount or other promotion, you will not receive a price
adjustment. If you
purchase a discounted school that's normal price is equal to or greater in value
than your original purchase, we will
credit you the difference between the price you paid for the original
school and the sale price.
No sale, promotion, or discount offered can be used in conjunction with
another.
Age Requirements:
Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid drivers
license. Stock car ride participants must be at least 16 years old.
Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Release of Name, Likeness Etc.:
By virtue of purchasing and/or participating in a
TrackTime Racing Schools event, participants
consent to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice,
and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online
announcements, without compensation, except where prohibited by law.
