No. There is no TrackTime iOS app, and no iPhone app from anyone can automatically log calls, texts, or email as billable time. iOS does not allow it. The TrackTime web dashboard works in Safari on any iPhone, and automatic capture runs on Android.
Automatic time capture needs to observe the phone. Apple closes all three doors to third-party apps, on purpose:
Apps that call themselves automatic on iPhone infer time from your calendar and location. They miss the unscheduled call and the text thread, which is the time that leaks in the first place.
Log calls from the Recents list at the end of each day, use your calendar for scheduled work, and keep the dashboard one tap away so starting an entry costs nothing. If most of your billable time is calls and messages, some professionals carry an Android device as the work phone, or route client calls to one, because that is the only path to true automatic capture today. The full reasoning is in Why iPhones cannot automatically track your calls.
No. There is no TrackTime iOS app. The automatic call, text, and email capture that TrackTime is built around is not possible on iOS, and we will not ship an iPhone app that only pretends to do it. The web dashboard works in Safari on any iPhone.
No. iOS provides no permission that lets a third-party app read your call history or observe live call activity, see notifications from other apps, or detect which app is in the foreground. Apps marketed as automatic on iPhone infer time from your calendar and location instead.
The web dashboard: time entries, clients, invoices, and reports all work in Safari. Automatic capture of calls, SMS, and email requires the Android app.
Android lets a user explicitly grant an app deeper access to calls, notifications, and app usage, with system warnings about each grant. Apple does not offer equivalent permissions at all. Both are deliberate design choices.
